ELMHURST, IL – In the last few days, Elmhurst police arrested people on charges of domestic battery, DUI, disorderly conduct, unauthorized possession of credit cards and driving violations. Here is information from the arrest reports: Domestic battery Ramon P. Alforque, 64, of Villa Park, was arrested about 9 a.m. Thursday in the 500 block of York Street on a charge of domestic battery. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail. According to a police report, a woman told officers that Alforque pushed her. He left before officers arrived, but he was found at his house. DUI Grecia DJ Palacios Vivanco, 25, of Wood Dale, was arrested about 11:30 p.m. Friday at Villa and Alexander on charges of DUI and improper passing of an emergency vehicle. She was released on bond. According to a police report, she drove over a raised median to pass marked squad cars blocking the roadway because of a crash. David Van, 37, of Chicago, was cited about 3 a.m. Thursday at Butterfield and Stratford on charges of DUI, improper lane usage, operating an uninsured vehicle and transportation of open alcohol. He was released on bond. Brittany R. Levi, 21, of Chicago, was arrested about 2 a.m. Sunday at Lake and Grand on charges of DUI, improper lane usage and possession of marijuana by a driver. She was released on bond. Disorderly conduct Juan Ocegueda Ramirez, 61, of Melrose Park, was cited about 2 p.m. Saturday at Kohl's, 303 S. Route 83, on a charge of disorderly conduct. He was released on bond. Injuring city property Bruce E. Walters, 65, of Belvidere, was cited about 3:30 p.m. Friday at York and Lake on a charge of injuring city property. He was released on bond. Credit card crime Darrion L. Snipes-Rowe, 26, was arrested about 6 a.m. Saturday in the 100 block of West Park on a charge of unlawful possession of a credit card and on a Coles County Sheriff's Office warrant. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail. He was a passenger in a car that was involved in a crash. He was found to be in possession of several credit cards, a check and identifications that he did not have authorization to possess, police said. Driving violations Erin J. Gordon, 37, of Villa Park, was cited about 9 a.m. Saturday in the 100 block of East Butterfield on charges of driving with a suspended license and leaving the scene of an accident. She was released on bond. Jose Hernandez, 19, of Bensenville, was cited about 6:30 p.m. Saturday in the 500 block of South York on charges of no valid driver's license and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. He was released on bond. Police report information is provided by local police departments. Charges are not evidence of guilt.
