Hospitality Flow Coordinator is responsible for the flow of hospitality services as it relates to patient throughput. Duties include answering the telephone, fielding calls, coordination of room cleaning assignments and transport prioritization in concert with rest of logistics center. Hospitality flow coordination activities will occur daily from 7:00am to 11:30pm and effective handoff communication ensure seamless processes. Candidates must be able to work in a fast paced environment and share our passion for delivering the highest level of customer service. Main departments include Patient Transport and Environmental Services. Require one (1) year of computer experience with Microsoft Office software. Flexible schedule 7am-3:30pm, 8am-4:30pm, 3pm-11:30pm, weekend work required.
