General Description: Foreman: Lead a 2–4-man roofing service crew - roofing service related tasks such as roof leak detection & repair, roof service & maintenance on all types of flat and steep sloped roof systems Essential Duties Perform roofing service related tasks on all types of flat and steep sloped roof systems Knowledge of major roof system manufacturer specifications and details Experience in roof leak detection and proper repair Experience in roofing related sheet metal installation Experience in roof coating systems Operate hand and power tools of all types Clean and prepare job sites and clear work areas Carry construction materials Load and unload equipment Erect and dismantle temporary safety barricades, walls, cones, tape, fences and other safety equipment Clean up waste and debris Attend and participate in safety meetings; wear the proper personal protective equipment Work as a team with other laborers, foreman, superintendents, and project managers Report to work on times set by supervisors Perform the duties above efficiently and effectively and in a workmanlike manner Perform other labor-oriented tasks not otherwise stated above Tech: General Description: Perform on a 2-man roofing service crew - roofing service related tasks such as roof leak detection & repair, roof service & maintenance on all types of flat and steep sloped roof systems.
