Press release from the Davis Joint Unified School District:
September 10, 2021
Welcome to the start of the 2021-22 school year! We are very excited to welcome our students back to campuses and watch them re-engage with their friends and teachers, whether it be in-person or virtually. This excitement is mixed with trepidation, as we were all hoping for a more normal start to the school year. The pandemic, however, is ongoing, and we face the challenges of quarantines and significant staffing shortages, while working to reintegrate students and staff back into the school community.
Please read Interim Superintendent Matt Best's full message to the DJUSD community for more information on employment opportunities, COVID-19 testing, vaccinations and upcoming events.
