Realtor needs Contractors and Handymen for foreclosure work throughout the Anchorage Bowl. Common types of jobs include: Remodels: Unfinished homeowner remodels, kitchen, bath, and other. Repairs: Door hardware changeouts, painting & sheetrock, base & door trim, flooring, winterizations, electrical, plumbing, HVAC (including furnace and hot water heater replacement), roofing, siding, driveways, chimneys, fireplaces, boarding, tarping, and just about anything else you can think of that can be damaged or need repair in a home. Maintenance: Trashouts, initial (move-out) and maintenance cleaning, etc. *** I have an immediate need for base and door trim repair, sheetrock patch in the garage, winterization, and garage floor drain cap replaced for a condo on the south side.
