Rock band: Lead guitarist wanting drummer and bass

I can play anything. I play bar chords without my darn index finger covering 6 strings; I play "D" shapes (around the neck) with my pinky and thumb muting the low E and A. I also like to play mixing up the positions of chords (example: playing an A with three fingers on 5th, 6th, 7th fret). What this means is that I am NOT a beginner. I can play along to a song I've not even heard of before. And I love to solo/ play the lead for a song. I play 6 and 12 strings, acoustic, electric and classical guitars. (I can also play ukelele and bass though not nearly as well as guitar). I can sing background vocals OK, just OK (as in, gets the job done haha). I've played live before and have been in at least one rock band before as the lead guitarist. I'm 23, but I don't mind how old you are.
