I have a vacant a first-floor 2-bedroom apartment and the interior needs a fresh coat of paint. The job includes: 1. Coverage of all areas that will not be painted, such as floors, windows, kitchen counters, and cabinets. 2. Minor surface preparation before painting, including filling and smoothing small holes. 3. Removal and reinstallation of electrical plates and other obstacles. 4. Two coats of the color of interior latex paint on the walls. One color throughout, including ceiling, doors, and trim. Color will be similar to current color.). 5. Touchups of missed spots. 6. Cleanups for accidents (no matter how good the coverage with drop-cloths, some drips will happen).
