We have a small studio space (350 square feet with one bathroom) that we rent out. We are looking for help cleaning it between guests. This would involve cleaning the bathroom, changing the sheets and towels, vacuuming, dusting, etc. We have done it a couple times and it's taken less than an hour. We would like to have someone "on-call" since we don't have guests changing over every single day -- we would give you the schedule in advance. The cleaning would take place between 10 AM and 2 PM. We prefer someone who has experience turning over rentals. Thanks so much!
