Solar System Lawn Care is looking to immediately hire a supervisor. This position will begin with leading and training lawn care crews, and will grow into the role of Operations Manager within one year. This is a field work and management position focused on training, equipment management and maintenance, and customer relations, as well as weekly residential lawn care and snow removal. ADDITIONAL DETAILS and BENEFITS: FLEXIBILE SCHEDULE Choose your schedule: 5 days at 8 hours each, or 4 days at 10 hours each. A mid-week day off can be arranged if necessary. BONUS PAY Great work earns great pay! Each quarter a bonus is delivered based on the company's overall efficiency and profitability during that quarter. INDEPENDENCE This is the highest rank position working in the field for our company. You will supervise 3-5 lawn care specialists. You will have the power to be independent, self-paced and self-directed. HIGHER PAY Our pay-for-performance ("P4P") system offers ongoing incentives for great workers, which means bonuses are possible for each paycheck. THE NEXT STEP After one year, the supervisor can move to full-time position in Sales/Estimates, or Operations Management. WINTER INCOME We are expanding our snow removal services, and the manager will get first choice of winter work, and may choose to have a guaranteed minimum winter pay rate ($$ each month, no matter how much it snows).
