BAND SEEKS ILLUSTRATOR/COMIC BOOK ARTIST FOR COLLABORATION

We are a hard/prog rock band currently working on our second album, a concept album based on a storyline we are developing, loosely structured around an 'unknown, anonymous hero' who makes a choice to sacrifice everything to expose a corrupt organization. We are looking for a comic artist or illustrator who might be interested in a mutual collaboration, to develop and finalize the story, and create some sort of visual art, book, or graphic novel to portray the story's ideas. The intent would be for this to be a mutually beneficial collab for two local, up and coming types of artistic expression. The songs we are writing and recording for the album are very loose and open to interpretation. As musicians we like to help promote other artists, like with our album cover art which we have included with the listing. That image represents the starting point for the album concept. Just as we sell/promote that artist's work alongside our merch at our shows, we would love to help another local artist by merging this idea and providing you a framework for a new project, and then provide you another avenue to promote and sell your work at our merch table at shows.
