Busy family owned, home based Screen Printing shop located in Fallbrook is looking for a Full time Screen Printing Assistant to join our team. Experience is not necessary. We are willing to train the right person. Starting pay is $14/hr., with room to advance. Hours are 8-4:30 Mon.-Fri., occasional overtime and Saturdays as needed. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare and set up screens as needed for production Mix and prep inks per job specifications Prepare Garments for printing- counting, sorting and loading/unloading incoming and outgoing orders while checking for accuracy Package printed garments for shipping Clean/Wash/Reclaim Screens ( must be willing to get dirty ) Perform and maintain quality control of end product SKILLS REQUIRED: Friendly, cooperative and positive attitude Prompt, Reliable, have own transportation Team Player that works well with others Ability to work quickly and produce quality work under pressure while meeting deadlines Follow directions and have excellent communication skills Self motivated with great problem solving skills Willingness to learn how to Screen Print for advancement EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent ( unless still attending school ) Knowledge of basic math Must be able to read, write and speak in English PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to carry and lift up to 50 lbs. boxes unassisted Ability to bend, lift, stoop, crouch, reach and stand for prolonged periods of time Able to move quickly as needed Smoke free and drug free Must be legal to work in U.S. COVID RESTRICTIONS: Must wear a mask if not vaccinated Please email with Resume and/or job experience to schedule interview.
