Our San Diego Property Management company is seeking talented individuals interested in the opportunity to form part of a professional team of experienced maintenance technicians at one of our apartment communities in the San Diego.
Property Maintenance Technician
Summary:
Looking for a skilled maintenance technician that has experience in the following:
Safe work practices
Painting
Drywall
Plumbing
Electrical
Preparing vacant apartments to “make ready” status
Customer service skills
Completing task in a timely manner
Responding to resident’s request for maintenance
Position Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of property maintenance experience
Knowledge of drywall and carpentry
Ability to troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electric, gas, major appliances, and all other systems on the property

This is a Full-Time position. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Position does require on-call after hours for maintenance emergencies. As a full-time employee you will also receive medical, dental and vision benefits, 2-weeks PTO and 8 paid Holidays per year.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour (NO HOUSING PROVIDED)
