Travel Trailer work needed

I have a small travel trailer about 16' in length from bumper to tip of tongue. It is a Prolite Profil (Canadian make). I bought it last year, but it has already started rusting. I would like to hire someone to scrape the rust off and give it a good coat or even two coats of paint. I also would like someone to check the brakes & suspension and oil the suspension as well as it is quite squeaky. If you're only qualified for one of these jobs, that's ok.
