The house/art studio space that is coming available has two bedrooms, two baths, generous open floor plan, sixteen hundred square feet cottage style with a fireplace, porch, washer/dryer hook-ups, a yard, garden space, fruit trees with the detached adjacent 400 square foot workshop art studio space. The separate larger studio workshop and smaller living space will still remain occupied. Larger studio space may be shared for studio, kiln, production work. The gated property is on approximately one third acre, with easy access to town, freeways, adjacent nearby towns and all the local art and cultural happenings, galleries, restaurants, shopping, beach and mountain areas.
