10+ years’ Paralegal experience in criminal proceedings. Fluent in both English & Spanish CRIMINAL PARALEGAL: $180 Retainer for 6hrs of work $30 per hour there after * Review "ALL" legal documents related to case. * Help you understand your rights. * Pursue legal research for a case. * Provide the Case Law needed for your case. * Gather, Analyze, and Research, Statutes, Recent Court Decisions, Legal Articles, Relevant Codes, and Documents. * Prepare legal documents, Briefs, Rule 32 Post Conviction Relief Petitions, Request for Discovery Motions, Appeals, Change of Counsel Motions. Client agrees to provide: All Documents, including Police Reports, Grand Jury Transcripts, Audio/ Video recordings, along with any and all Discovery from both the Prosecutor and Defense Counsel.
