We need experienced professionals to fill the Lead Maintenance and Make-Ready/ Porter positions for our busy, fast paced apartment community. *As Lead Maintenance you will be responsible for all maintenance operations of the community and the resources responsible for maintaining the property in good physical condition at all times. *As Make-Ready/ Porter you will be responsible for the appearance of the community grounds and turning units quickly and efficiently for move ins. You will work directly with the community manager so great communication skills are imperative. Dependability, attention to detail, with the capacity to perform duties quickly and efficiently are crucial. -HVAC & Pool Certification required -Bilingual- Spanish/English speaking is a PLUS+ *Full Benefits- Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k & more!
