DailyLook Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate who has experience in a high volume shipping and receiving operation to join our team! Hourly Rate: $15.00 - $17.00; We offer health benefits, 401k, PTO, 8 paid holidays and parking. Paid signing bonus of $500. * Bonus Terms: Payouts are earned based on work performed and will be paid in the completion of the 90 days. Associates must be in good standing, meet required attendance standards, up to department goals and be employed at the time of payout in order to be eligible for paymentAdditional terms and conditions may apply A qualified Warehouse Associate must be able to perform the following to run the daily operations; duties will include but are not limited to: Pick / Pack / Ship Ensure proper scheduling of deliveries and supplies Build a positive team spirit; create an environment that is productive, friendly, and exciting while upholding strong performance metrics Ensure quality control of all inbound and outbound shipment Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided Ability to meet or exceed productivity goals set by the Warehouse Manager Ability to handle repetitive tasks such as folding and packaging clothing items KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of warehouse, logistics, inventory and high volume management experience. Team player and positive attitude Loves to be productive, detail oriented, and efficient Must have open availability/Willing to work all shifts Must be willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach E-commerce/Start up experience preferred but accept if you dont.
