Driver / Construction & Maintenance A prominent builder/developer in the Culver City area is seeking a reliable, trustworthy and energetic person who is a team player to fill our Driver position for general construction & maintenance. This position requires a dependable employee who is professional in demeanor and willingness to learn. The primary duties of the driver are driving/delivering supplies & materials to multiple locations on & off site, as well as other general construction & maintenance duties to assist in the completion of construction projects and maintenance work. Hours of work are Monday thru Friday with 8 hour shifts, and possibly weekends. Physical demands of the position involve driving, standing, walking, sitting, bending, squatting and other typical construction & maintenance type actions. Must have legal right to work in the United States and must be able to pass a background check. This is a full time, permanent position. Preferred experience: • Multi-lingual (preferred, not necessary) • Good attitude • Clean driving record • General construction and/or maintenance There will be a probation period of 90 days. During that probation period and onward you will be judged on: • Proper quality of work. • Ability to work well individually and as a team with others. • Positive attitude, ability to take direction and professionalism. • Attendance. • Understanding and practice of safety in all manners of work.
