Description
Male 34-year old singer seeking backing players to form LA-gigging jazz ensemble: drums, bass (upright preferred), one harmonic instrument (keys or guitar) and one melodic instrument (trumpet, sax, clarinet, flute, violin, etc.)
Songs would consist of mostly Jazz standards and originals, with occasional Jazzified songs from other genres thrown in.
Compensation would be per gig and as negotiated per individual musician depending on skill, circumstance and band income.
I have a studio space in North Hollywood with ample parking where we can rehearse.
