Looking for good person to help out

I have a small real estate company. I need some help with cleaning and painting a couple of units. I also need someone who would not mind cleaning my home, doing so gardening, and misc stuff. I will pay $15.00 per hour. Just be a good person, hard worker, and be able to show up on time. Pretty simple really. This is how I got started all those years ago. P.S. I am a mature guy who is LBGTQ. I don't discriminate against anyone, but I know how hard it is to get into any business if you are a minority. So that would be ideal.
