There has for a long time been home grown terrorists, the Weather Underground for example but there is a difference between those that illegally entered our Capitol Jan 6th to disrupt a ceremonial vote certifying Biden as President elect and those that willfully murder and destroy property. Democrats portray the Jan 6th protesters as domestic terrorists and insurrectionists which they are neither. The were wrong for breaking and entering, that doesn't qualify them as terrorists. Democrats also portray anyone who supports Trump as akin to domestic terrorists and or insurrectionists which is categorically false. The Taliban are terrorists they gave support to Al Qaeda 20 years ago as they are today and with the help of President Biden held a successful insurrection in Afghanistan. The Taliban were allowed by Biden since April to move their forces deeper into Afghanistan taking more of the country until a few weeks ago when the successfully completed their insurrection. The Former Afghan military were trained to use US support to defeat the Taliban, it was an essential part of their defense and Biden stopped it. Under Trump the Taliban were kept on the borderlands facing military obliteration by our Air Force and drones even having a MOAB dropped on them when they failed to keep their agreements with us. Now Sec. of State Blinken talks about normalizing relations with the Taliban and sending them money and aid which is recognizing them as patriotic Afghans. This is a complete reversal from 20 years ago and totally unwarranted as well as a betrayal to us all. If we had any moral authority left what Biden did wiped it out. This didn't just happened Biden and his Administration orchestrated it carefully. I am ashamed we have such a President as Biden and that anyone with a lick of sense and integrity supports him. Yes there are some home-grown terrorists. My question to you is why do you think that the Taliban are Patriots? I certainly believe that they are terrorists. I do know that America has lost it's moral authority around the world.
