NW Employment Solutions needs 10+ full-time ENTRY LEVEL day shift and swing shift crafting PRODUCTION WORKERS immediately for a party supply manufacturer in SPRINGFIELD, OR. This is a temporary OR temp-to-hire position with a company that manufactures SURPRISES and other PARTY items for various occasions. Previous experience is nice, but not required. START IMMEDIATELY! Position : Production Worker Location : Springfield, OR Days : Monday - Friday Shifts : Day Shift: 7am – 3:30pm // Swing Shift: 3:30pm – 12am Rate of Pay : $14 for Day, $15 for Swing Duration : Temp-To-Hire or Temporary (both options available). Duties : --Making of craft items of various size, dimensions, weights, shapes and materials --Measure and cut parts as needed --Work with all types of craft materials --Ensure specifications are met and check quality of finished product --Meet the standard timing for each product being made --Ensure safety and sanitation of work environment --Any other duties required Requirements : --Must be able to sit for long periods of time and tolerate repetitive work --Use of small hand tools may be required, (scissors, glue guns, hand punch, etc…) --Knowledge of Production, Measuring, Crafting, Detailed ribbon, and/or Origami --Must have a strong work history, even if no production, food, or manufacturing experience.
