As a part of our sales team, you will: • Work with the homeowner to educate them on the claims process, monitor the job, and serve as a liaison between customers and their insurance companies to file and complete claims. • Complete Home Inspection for damage with customer to verify exterior damage. • Proactively communicate internally with the Production team and with customers, ensuring an industry-leading level of customer service. • Establish and maintain best practices with the sales team and leadership. • Maintain and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and lead tracking software, updating client information daily.
