Description

We needs an exceptional personal assistant. Must be neat, detail-oriented, self-directed, reliable, organized, energetic and enjoy working with people, both on the phone and in person. Must have a car and travel within Dallas County area. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Data Entry * Answering phones * Visiting properties and active job sites * Preparing brochures and presentations for marketing * Typing letters * Drafting/editing documents * Scheduling and planning meetings * Managing task lists * Customer service and work-order management * Running errands The successful candidate must be: * Neat * Detail-oriented * Extremely organized * Self-Directed and able to work independently * Able to meet deadlines * Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Photoshop (or similar photo editing software) * Proficient in Google Docs/Sheets * Familiar with Quickbooks * Ready to grow with a fast-growing company * Have a car and able to travel to local job sites/properties in Dallas City area * Bilingual a plus, but not required * Familiarity with HTML, Multiple Listing Service also a plus, but not required Please submit cover letter and resume with salary requirements (as attachment in PDF only please).
