We have an opening for a Make Ready maintenance tech for a 384-Unit Apartment community in Euless, Texas. Qualified applicants must be safety conscious and knowledgeable of general safety procedures. Must be knowledgeable and experienced with Apartment maintenance or have previous experience in a related field. Qualified Candidate must have: * 2+ years Apartment Make Ready experience; * Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical & Appliance repair experience; * Painting and Drywall experience; * HVAC experience a plus; * Quality tools required.
