Vehicle Inventory Photographer We are seeking an enthusiastic, fulltime Vehicle Inventory Photographer to join our photo team. No photography experience needed – we will train the right candidate! Our photographers are directly responsible for photographing all new and pre-owned vehicles for each of our 8 dealerships. Our team consistently photographs hundreds of vehicles per month! The ideal photographer will be able to produce consistent, vibrant and uniform photos that will appear on our dealership websites. This individual will be working independently but also comfortable initiating conversations with dealership staff to build a strong rapport. * Efficiently photographing new and used vehicles through a set process that includes: * Retrieving and locating vehicles * Lightly cleaning vehicle * Staging the vehicle in our state-of-the-art indoor photobooth or our outdoor pad during seasonable weather * Taking a standardized set of 40+ photos of each vehicle * Returning vehicle to the dealership * Uploading photos correctly and accurately to the websites * Utilize missing photo reports to help identify vehicles needing photos. * Work with our other photographers and dealership staff to locate inventory and ensure that vehicles are shot in a timely fashion. * Compile a weekly report to review vehicles still waiting to be photographed with management. * Use the Penske Photo Guide when photographing vehicles to ensure consistency. Qualifications: * Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task. * Basic computer skills that include uploading and saving photos to computer. * Basic operation of a camera and ability to understand camera settings. * Professional appearance. * Excellent communication skills and attention to details. * Valid in-state driver’s license. * Good driving record and ability to drive manual transmission strongly preferred.
