Looking for someone to save this cat

We've had this stray coming to our home for over a week and as much as we'd love to take her in, we just adopted a kitten and we also have an adult cat whos just now warming up to the new one. We can't take this one in but have been giving her food and water when she comes by, which as been everyday but one. She looks to be no more than a year old and in pretty good health(im not a vet but I can see she looks healthy). She is very affectionate but obviously a little skittish at first. she loves to have her belly rubbed and head scratched. We are not looking for any money, we just want her to find a home or someone that can take her in and help get her adopted. We tried the local animal shelter but they are looking for money from us. All we want to do is the most humane thing for her before the weather starts to get cold. Please let us know if you or someone you know can take her in and we can arrange a time to pick her up.
