Progressive insurance rates...

I'm 61 years old, last speeding ticket was in the summer of 1999... last one before that was around 1979... no insurance claims except when someone hit my rear door in my Dodge van in 1978... I had the plug in device in my car so Progressive could monitor my driving habits. I got a very good review! But my insurance is going up 10%! Is my insurance going up because the pigs at the top need an extra vacation house? Got any suggestions as to another insurance company that doesn't spend $25,000,000 a year on advertising?
