We are an online furniture rental company with a warehouse in the Bedford Park area of Chicago. We provide the most affordable designer rental furniture and great customer experience. We're looking for someone to join our fast growing team and assist in our warehouse. This is a full time role (Mon-Sat). Position starts ASAP. You will : - Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities such as receiving, unpacking, packing, and loading of materials - Train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse employees - Establish warehouse standards and procedures to improve quality and operational efficiency - Other duties as assigned Additional Requirements: -Work is performed while standing, sitting and/or walking. -Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision and hearing. -Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations. -Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching. -Requires the ability to lift, carry, push or pull medium weights, up to 75 pounds Qualifications: -Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or related position. -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills using tact and patience - High school diploma or GED required Please email with your resume and contact details.
