Need hardwood floor sanded and stained First of all, here is the situation. I just had someone do a poor job my hardwood floor. SO, it needs to be redone. This is a floor of a townhouse. The floor is empty. Here is the condition. I need the floor sanded (again) and stained. If you are interested, please let me know your availability to look at the job.
