Help needed on a ranch in west central Missouri - Position available ranges from general laborer to assistant manager dependent on experience and qualifications - Current experience on a cow/calf operation - Experience with rotational grazing, range management, herd health and AI is a plus - Equipment operation of hay equipment, bush hog, sprayers and trucks will be a plus - Capable of general ranch equipment maintenance and standard ranch maintenance including fencing - Knowledge of cattle/livestock handling and vaccination - CDL would be plus, but not required; clean driving record is needed - Solid work ethic, good communication skills, self-motivated, competent, and team player - team player with a positive outlook, leadership qualities and a self starter - task management through delegation to team members as well as personal actions - prioritize day to day activities You will also assist with calving, herd health and record keeping, as needed. Operation is looking to be aggressive in expanding the cow/calf operation, so would like to see someone that has a positive attitude and is willing to jump in as a team player where needed. Room for growth and advancement. Must be dependable, be prepared to work hard, follow directions and work independently.
