Two Parakeets - Free to Good Home Only

We have (2) one year old parakeets that we'd like to rehome to someone with bird experience and that has time to dedicate to caring for them. We will include their cage, toys, food, cleaning supplies, etc. all for free; however, we will want to make sure it is to a good home only. They are bonded together which has made hand taming them a challenge. They're pretty skittish and haven't adapted well to our household with kids / dogs and I'd like to find them a place where they will have more attention and a calmer environment.
