Lost ballet bag

Description

Neighbors, On Friday, 9/10, I picked-up my Daughter from her first ballet class at Dance Center of Spokane and we headed to The Old Spaghetti Factory downtown to celebrate her 16th birthday with Family. I parked on Second and Monroe in front of Camp Used Cars and she left her ballet bag on the floorboard of the passenger seat. This was at 7:45 PM. When we finished celebrating, we returned to our car and discovered someone busted-out my front passenger window. Talk about a mood killer! At the time, we thought nothing was stolen. We were wrong. This morning we realized on the way to school that her ballet bag was stolen and because of where it was left, was probably why they broke in. In the bag were her ballet shoes, tights, leg warmers, 3 leotards (black, nude, turquoise), her mask, hair brush, and a long black dance skirt. Nothing of real value except to her and she is devastated that someone could do this. I have looked on Craigslist and Spokane lost & found. I also drove around the area where her bag was stolen to search and looked in the surrounding dumpsters as it was probably tossed. If you are a parent with kids in/or had kids in sports, you know purchasing gear for them isn’t cheap. To replace everything that was taken is probably going to cost me $200. I’m sure it’s long gone by now but if you could please share this and be on the lookout, our Family would appreciate it. Thank you. #theivessuck
