Responsibilities: Pick up soiled linen and deliver clean linen to all food and beverage outlets, Spa, Fitness, Tennis, clubhouse and Lakeside. Act as liaison between outlet managers and laundry facility to effectively communicate linen and terry needs throughout the property. Coordinate and Anticipate pick-up and delivery needs to ensure departments have needed linen to operate efficiently. Ensure clean linen is delivered to the proper linen closets by item and record deliveries. Assist in loading washers and dryers to help in production levels. Work chute area when needed. Complete pre-shift and post-shift checklists for vehicle. Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Omni standards, as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the resort. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper attire/uniform and name tag when working. Attend department meetings and other required company trainings. Complete other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: Previous Laundry experience is preferred. Must be 21 years of age or older. Must possess a valid Texas driver license and be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Report. Must be able to pass a pre-employment specimen test. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, performing repetitive work. Must be willing to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays. Extra work hours/shifts may be required to ensure that all customer needs are met daily. Physical Requirements: Ability to drive, stand for long periods of time, walk, push, pull, stoop, bend and lift items up to 80 pounds for an entire shift. Ability to operate a 2-way radio in English
