$500 SIGNING BONUS, PAID TIME OFF, HEATH AND DENTAL........ ***Anyone with a background in the service industry or trades are encouraged to apply!*** As a restoration technician, you are a key member of a highly specialized team responsible for the restoration of property damaged by water, smoke, fire, mold and any number of calamities that can threaten the homeowners property. Specific Responsibilities: *Become proficient in all in-house services including water restoration, mold remediation, and fire damage clean-up, content pack up.... *Do your part to ensure all services are delivered on time and as promised *Respond to water loss jobs with Team Lead and initiate water loss mitigation according to IICRC standards *Communicate and establish expectations with customers regarding scope of work and time lines. *Process, review and submit necessary documents on time *Maintain all company equipment and vehicles, keeping them clean and properly maintained ready to be dispatched at any time *Perform any other duties as needed. **Extra Credit: Fast track to Team Lead. Within the first 12 months complete training and certifications required to join the management team Job Requirements: *Valid Driver's License *Reliable transportation *Willing to respond 24/7 when needed. On call shifts are set on a rotation. *Maintain a safe work environment in all places and at all times *Able to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds, bend at the waist, sit, stand, rotate, pivot, kneel and crawl often while wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) *Computer and device literate *Able to learn and adopt proprietary job management programs using hand held and desk top devices. *Attend all company training and adopt, practice and teach Rainbow International systems and processes *Excellent communication and customer service skills *Ambition and drive!
