Well, then good-bye to that exhausting customer service job :) ✨ 💫 ✨ 💫 ✨ 💫 ✨ 💫 ✨ 💫 ✨ 💫 ✨ 💫 ✨ 💫 ✨ 💫 ✨ We’re a local DIY company that's been around for a dozen years, but with our move into a fancy new warehouse, it's like we're just getting started. We need some help getting ready for our busiest time of the year. Grow and Make are hiring for production assembly workers. 🧼 🧼 🧼 🧼 🧼 🧼 🧼 🧼 🧼 🧼 🧼 🧼 🧼 🧼 🧼 🧼 🧼 🧼 🧼 ** DUTIES include putting little things into little bags & boxes, then putting those little bags & boxes into complete kits on a 7-10 person assembly line. ** PERKS include paid 30 minute lunch break, random snacks, & the occasional terrible [wonderful] music selection --headphones encouraged! 🌱 🌿 🌱 🌿 🌱 🌿 🌱 🌿 🌱 🌿 🌱 🌿 🌱 🌿 🌱 🌿 🌱 🌿 🌱 ** Please apply if you’re comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment. This is a physical job, and many shifts can consist of hours of repetitive motion, such as capping thousands of bottles, labeling hundreds of packets, or stacking thousands of kits on pallets. Conversely, some shifts will consist of long hours sitting with light duty repetitive tasks. Please be excited to work in either environment as production needs dictate. We’re interested in working with people who can pace themselves throughout a work day, show task flexibility, have a keen sense for detail, and are self directed as well as team oriented. This position is technically seasonal, however this position can lead to permanent employment, as our busy season continues to fluctuate. SCHEDULE & PAY: The schedule we are hiring for is Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm. 💰 Payment depends on experience but we will start you off at minimum. Are you a present and task oriented self starter? - Passionate about quality standards and willing to uphold and enforce those standards in a high volume environment - Possess verbal communication skills that promote a positive and productive team environment - Ability to understand and adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols as well as company policies and procedures. - Ability to stand for 7 hours a shift and carry 30 lbs, and possibly lift heavier items with the help of a coworker - Bonus if you have useful computer skills that can help a small ecommerce business such as ourselves.
