is hiring a  in the Dallas, TX area. Monday-Friday day shift schedule! What will my day-to-day look like? Lead Grounds Technician is responsible for directing the grounds team to produce quality landscape service that meets or exceeds the standards of clients and management while repairing and maintaining all equipment. You will lead a small crew of Groundskeepers that typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, and sprinkler installation and repair. - Direct, manage, discipline, and train grounds workers - Utilize computer software and CMMS system - Good communication skills - Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks - Must be a problem solver with the ability to find resolutions - Self-starting individual who follows directions, adheres to a work schedule, and can focus on details - Must be flexible and able to work effectively in a team environment and consistently maintain a professional and respectful demeanor/attitude with co-workers, clients and vendors. - Development and implementation of cyclic work projects/tasks - Maintain daily communication log - Follow all local, state and federal regulatory rules, laws, best practices - Perform and promote safety in all work practices We offer: Competitive pay Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Paid vacation 401k Sign-on bonus Relocation assistance (if needed) Growth opportunities!
