Description
Maintenance/Handyman needed for residential community in the Timuquana area. Duties would include, but not limited to, general, maintenance of the grounds, buildings, and driveway, plus some incidental carpentry and plumbing, in addition to other duties assigned by the Office Manager. Applicants must have their own tools. 20 hours a week with extra hours as needed. Work hours are 8:30 to 12:30, Monday thru Friday.
