We are seeking several individuals to join our Commercial Furniture Installation team in Lake City, FL. Travel with overnight stay, earns per-Diem. Background checks are necessary, as we perform work on high security property; however, NOT all charges will automatically disqualify a potential candidate. As a general laborer, you will work in a team environment to install furniture solutions on a variety of projects including but not limited to office spaces and Government facilities. This is a fast-paced, teamwork driven position with the opportunity to work over-time. Laborer's must be able to work flexible hours. Responsibilities: • Operation and off-loading of 26 foot automatic box truck • Commercial office furniture staging and assembly • Interacting with customers upon delivery and installation • Minor repairs and/or touch up as needed • Maintain a safe and clean work environment Skills/Qualifications: • Installing and/or moving of commercial furniture experience is desired • Skilled use of basic tools • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to work in a team environment or alone • Ability to travel by company vehicle to various job sites in and out of state • Ability to demonstrate reliability and dependability • Candidate should have excellent organization and problem solving skills with attention to detail • Must be able to pass a background check including drug screening, criminal and driving record checks • Ability to lift, push or pull equipment/merchandise weighing 70+ pounds.
