Street Utility & Building Maintenance Specialist
The City of Madras has a full-time position available for a Street Utility & Building Maintenance Specialist. Candidates must possess a high school diploma, or GED equivalent, and a minimum five (5) years of experience and training in street maintenance, repair and construction. The most qualified candidates will also have some building maintenance experience. Post-secondary trade school may substitute for some experience.
This position requires a valid Oregon driver’s license; must have or obtain within six (6) months from date of hire, a valid Oregon Class A CDL license with Tanker and Air Brake endorsement, all certifications pertinent to traffic control in work zones, and First Aid/CPR certification. Must have and maintain a safe driving record.
Monthly salary range is $3,619 to $4,966 DOQ; includes excellent benefit package plus employer paid PERS contributions.
