Found Small Gray Cat/Kitten

SR14 and Lieser Rd area - Small, gray male with green eyes. No collar. Very social and friendly. He’s been showing up in the mornings around our complex for about a week now, drinking out of the bird bath, and occasionally chasing squirrels. This morning I was on the patio watering plants and he ran up to me, rubbed all over me, and made squeaky sounds. He loves to be petted and acts like he wants to be invited inside. Maybe he’s a friendly wanderer? Or, maybe he’s lost? I’m concerned. Do you recognize him?
