Description
Which restaurant(s) in the Tri Cities makes the best chicken molay (mo'le)? I like a mo'le that is not too sweet or chocolatey, with whole legs and thighs, skin on, cooked IN the sauce. I also have had mo'le poblano, which is awesome. Both of my favorite mo'le places have long since gone out of biz, and I haven't had a good mo'le in years!
