Farmers' Co-Operative Ditch Company is seeking a hardworking, self motivated individual to fill a Ditch Crew Position. This is a full time, year-round position. During the irrigation season, which is generally March 15th through October 15th, a company vehicle will be issued to the employee. This position is a 40 hour work week. Requirements: Proximity: Must live within the Caldwell, Notus, Parma areas Have or obtain a Class A CDL within the 90 days probationary period. Desirable Skills: Familiarity with irrigation Heavy equipment operator experience Mechanical experience Starting wage depends on experience $15-$17 per hour.
