AWE is hiring for first shift (8 hrs) and second shift (8 hrs). Full-time shifts are eligible for healthcare, dental, paid time off, 401k, gain sharing, and much more. The second shift receives a 10% premium on pay! Qualifications: - Mandatory one year experience in metalworking, including basic machinery (cold saw, hand grinders, resizing dies, belt sanders, etc) - Measuring, cutting, deburring, and staging of raw materials -Ability to work in a high volume production environment, against clear goals - Ability to meet strict quality standards, including, but not limited to accuracy, visual criteria, and more Let's go! **APPLICATIONS VIA ONLY**
