We are seeking an energetic Retail Associate to join our front counter staff to assist in selling our meals and signing customers up for Meal Plans! If you enjoy working at a fun job and making people smile, we want to talk with you! Our Retail Associates are the first to interact with our customers creating a friendly place for them to return to again-and-again. Learning and understanding the moving parts of the business, and being highly energetic about our Grab & Go meals is a must. Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate the skills below as well as exceptional customer service and a positive attitude. Greeting all customers in a warm and friendly manner, engaging with them about products offered in our Grab & Go retail fridge Capable of counting money and making change (Basic understanding of Square POS is a plus!) Stocking of meals, beverages and supplies Ability to maintain energy and personality on the phone with customers, and multitasking with f2f sales and help over the phone Basic computer skills (to help guide customers through our website!) Working cooperatively with other members of the team on accurate reporting of numbers and sales Possess personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to our guests, team members, and your mutual success with our company Following and maintaining health codes, safety, and organizational procedures Maintaining a clean and organized work area (including supply closet, refrigerators, and bathrooms) Applicants should have a flexible schedule and be available to work at least 3-5 shifts a week (including Saturday), 15-35+ hrs/week between the hours of 9am and 7pm. Knowledge of gluten/dairy/grain free eating is helpful but not required. This position can be located at any of our three locations (Beaches, Southside, and 5-Points). Both part-time and full-time positions are available.
