Locally based real estate investment/management firm is currently hiring skilled apartment maintenance technicians. Candidate will be able to provide the following: *Provide exceptional communication and organizational skills *Ability to assist in and coordinate all aspects of day to day maintenance operations *Maintain inventory *Must be able to work with minimal supervision Requirements include but are not limited to: *Minimum of 2 years experience in related field *HVAC certifications preferred *Strong plumbing and electrical knowledge *Valid Drivers License and background check *24/7 on call required Benefits, paid vacation, rent discounts and 401K with company match offered to full time employees All interested candidates please forward your resume
