URGENT NEED: 12 committed and reliable individuals to work a food testing event as a staff member in Irving, TX this Wed. 9/15 paying $14/hr. Event hours: Wed. 9/15: 9:45a - 6pm Event Details: A Food & Beverage Market Research company is hosting a food tasting event and they need some support staff to make sure it runs smoothly. Workers are needed to ensure testing areas are clean and set up correctly, that food products are prepared correctly and delivered to testing subjects. However, you will not have direct contact with testing groups. **YOU ARE NOT THERE TO TEST THE FOOD YOURSELF** This research company is hosting a client (a fast food company) who is presenting the testers with some new menu items to measure their response. The research data will be gathered to help this restaurant determine if they should make changes to the food items prior to selling them to the public. Get outside input to better serve their customers. with small groups to learn about potential changes that should be made before adding it to the menu. As an event temp, you will be on your feet most of the time, helping out wherever needed. It is fairly simply and you're just needed to make sure you follow management's directions to ensure a smooth event. SUPER IMPORTANT: Executives from the fast food company will be there during the event, therefore, you must be able to maintain professional behavior despite the fun nature of the job (no cussing, playing on your phone, overly socializing, fighting). Dresscode: Casual. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes (tennis shoes), jeans and a t-shirt. Masks are currently required.
