Mobile Home RV Park Rental Maintenance Grounds keeper Handyman Manger You will be responsible for keeping the park rented out! Greeting customers renting out RV and Tent sites! Just like renting out apartments but they bring their own RV’s or Tents. Arranging rent and collecting rent payments! You must be bondable! At times this entire RV Park will be rented out for Different events. You must have people Skills! You will be dealing with customers! Good Communication Skills are necessary! Responsible to keep the RV Park Running Smoothly! You are responsible for maintaining the RV Park! You must have handy man all around type of skills to Repair and maintain the RV Park and grounds! Electric, Plumbing Carpenter Skills Helpful! In most cases you will be working and managing this park alone! You must be able to handle responsibilities! RV Camping Camper Trailer experience helpful! Mobile home park maintenance experience helpful Help Customers hook up there equipment! You must have self starter Skills! Work Independently! Have follow thru Skills! This is a 365 day RV Park! Open 12 months! You will be working outdoors thru out the year! Do Not Apply unless you have strong verifiable stable job history! In other words no floating from job to job!
