rehoming/looking for rescues/ any free spay and neuter programs?

Description

Female golden retriever shepherd mix. She'll be 3 in October. She is very hyper and has almost harmed smaller dogs and cats with her unfortunate habit of crushing things with her front paws. She also loves to sock and headbutt people in the face. She needs someone who can be firm with her so she knows what she's doing is not ok. Things are getting really hard for me and I can barely support myself, my partner, and my partner's kid who's mom abandoned him with us so i'm looking for a good home or a legitimate rescue to help me find my dog a good home. If anyone knows any free spay and neuter programs for dogs in orange county please let me know. I will not rehome her until she is spayed. Thank you.
