Contractors and Licensed Electricians needed

Hello. My name is Yolonda, and I am the Maintenance Specialist for Grid Property Management, LLC. We are a large property management company in Portland, Oregon. We manage both residential and commercial properties primarily in the Portland area, and have recently expanded into Washington as well. I am looking for all types of skilled contractors. I need those that can handle turns, normal maintenance requests, licensed electricians and plumbers, HVAC, and I'd like to find one or two arborists that can assist on an as needed basis. You would be handling a variety of repairs from replacing/painting doors and windows to light electrical to light plumbing to painting. You don't have to be skilled in all of these areas as the way I assign work depends on your abilities. You would be an independent contractor receiving a 1099, and I do have insurance requirements. Please keep in mind that if you are a company that has a large overhead, then this may not be the opportunity for you as I do have a budget to work with on each property. This is likely more appealing for an individual or team contractors. We pay very fairly, and a lot of work is on a contract/bid basis, so unless you are just off the wall overpriced, we can probably work quite well together. I will only work with those that have a track record of consistency, meaning that if you accept a job, then I fully expect you to complete it. I will not tolerate drugs or drinking of any kind while you are working, and I will immediately dismiss you if this is violated. Most of the properties you work with will be occupied residential homes or office space.
